The Ohio Department of Development and Gallia-Meigs Community Action Agency will be offering help for income-eligible Ohioans through Save the Dream Program. This program will help pay for homeowners experiencing financial hardship after January 1, 2020 from losing utilities or home energy services, and to prevent defaults, foreclosures, and displacement of homeowners when the default, foreclosure, or displacement is due to the inability to pay property taxes and/or homeowner fees.

Clients will need to bring in copies of the following documents and drop off at our office between 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday though Friday. We are closed between 11:30am-12:30pm, or you can email all documents to heap@galliameigscaa.org

  2. Copies of all their most recent utility bills
  3. A list of all household members and proof of income for the past 30 days or 12
    months for each household member
