This program will help pay for homeowners experiencing\nfinancial hardship after January 1, 2020 from losing utilities or home energy\nservices, and to prevent defaults, foreclosures, and displacement of homeowners\nwhen the default, foreclosure, or displacement is due to the inability to pay\nproperty taxes and\/or homeowner fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients will need to bring in copies of the following\ndocuments and drop off at our office between 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday though\nFriday.
